Photo Driving Licence – please ensure the address is registered to the address you live at.
Bank Statements – 3 months personal bank statements showing all sources of income being received and all day-to-day transactions.
Payslips (employed) – last 3 months payslips. If you receive an annual bonus, please forward payslip showing last two years. If quarterly the last 4 months showing all bonus payments.
Self Employed – latest 2 years Tax Calculations and corresponding Tax Year Overviews. Available from your accountant or straight form HMRC via www.gov.uk/sa302-tax-calculation
Deposit – last 3 months bank statement showing build up of deposit funds. If not from savings please confirm where all sources of deposit are comping from.

Proof of Benefits – latest awards letter for any benefits received.
Latest Annual Mortgage Statement– if you have an existing mortgage for your main residence only.
